GOD loves ALL HIS children.

Cry and wail, oh weep and mourn!
Fast and pray, and pray once more:
"LORD, sustain me through it all."

HE will topple down steeples.
HE will smash every raised idol.
HE will burn deep evil roots.

Wash your feet and clean your eyes.
Rend your heart and buckle your waist.
Raise your hands and shield your head.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
HE will let you pass through rivers.
HE will guide you through furnace.
HE will ask you to crush mounts.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
Forget your dreams and your hopes.
Give up your farm and oxen.
Leave your barn and cozy hut.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
HE will give you solid dreams
coupled with eternal hopes.
HE will be your barn and hut.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
Remember Christ and his saints:
how they suffer for HIS Name
as strangers on this planet.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
HE will send you to forests.
HE will call you to deserts.
HE will drive you to valleys.

Rest assured and do not fret.
Fix your eyes on HIS banner.
Rely on HIS Words and Name.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
HE will anoint you with oil
It will overflow from head
to feet, from spirit to soul.

Receive HIS gifts with loud praise.
Welcome HIS rod with a smile.
Love HIS people and HIS ways.

When GOD says: "I love you child!"
HE will change hearts, minds, and ways.
HE will make things new and bright.
HE will make the foolish wise.
