Moses' Trust Issue

In the early days of Moses' calling, he was so reluctant following God's orders. How can God demand from him to free the very people who caused him to flee from Egypt? Just too uncomfortable and inconvenient. Can't God just choose someone else from their own number? God can definitely do that, but, He wanted Moses. Moses was born for that purpose and he simply can't talk himself out of it. Can a clay demand  from a potter?

I felt like Moses trying to talk myself out of God's purposes. I definitely have trust issues just like Moses. People only want what 'God-benefits' they could get, and care less about lifting a finger out of your load. Of course not all people are like that. But, how are you able to find the few who are not like that? By obeying God. Good-hearted people are even numerous outside of a church. (Which is kinda a slap to lip-service Christianity.)

Today, I was simply reminded:

When God calls you to do something, NEVER lose your sight of Jesus. It's the only way to be victorious and to see that you are not made to take, but, to give and give with a peaceful loving heart.
