There's a lot of things I can't do. I can't sing. I can't dance (to the beat of the song). I can't ride a bike. Etc., etc. And I admire people who can do those stuff.
Other people can do things better than others, and it is the beauty of diversity.
When a group is trying to achieve a goal, the more diverse (in skills and personalities) the members, the better. They simply had to set aside their individual pride and prejudice, and see what others can do best.
And in a group where GOD is the Father, no one is left behind.
