Dressed for War!

I hate war movies. Most movies are  boring and gross and yeah except for the attractive leads, only a few really had good stories. 

Nope, not watching a movie, I'm waiting for an appointment, but, the nagging 'funny' thought that came across my mind earlier is waiting for expression.

Human kings go to war either to get plunder from someone else's land or to defend their land from invaders. One is out of greed, the other is out of defense. Still war is ugly kaya I hate war movies.

However, in the spiritual world, people of God also go to war to take plunder from the kingdom of darkness. The plunder are not 'things', but, people. Precious souls - bound to things or activities that dragged them away from their wonderful God-given purposes. And now God is calling out His chosen warriors to get to war. As ugly as it may sound: there is battle everywhere and if you are not properly dressed for war, what will happen to you man/woman of God? Put on your battle gear and LABAN!

It is a done deal anyway. We will win the war. And the spiritully lame will walk, the spiritually blind will see, the  spiritually deaf will hear and spiritually dead will have life. There will be vibrant life in the body of Christ. Kaya LABAAAAAN even if you feel like 😩 or 😬 or 😢 or 😠 or 😟 or 😭. Emotions will pass away like clouds, but, the love of God will remain steadfast forever. Laban!!!!

Love God, love people. Yun lang paglaban mo at wala nang iba pa. In time God will make all the darkness go away, just abide and trust His Word.
