Outburning Your Oil

Every lamp has its own kind of light.

To prevent a lamp from 'outburning' its oil it must have enough oil for itself and for its environment.

To God's workers in the 'position of' authority have enough compassion to send some of your 'suffering' people to rest and quiet (and covered by your sincere prayers of godly rest and revival). They need God more than performing duty out of responsibilty. God is not a slave driver. 

To workers almost outburning their oil, you need a real quiet time with God and not doing more for God. He can handle the world without your sincerest contribution. Really. He desires intimacy and not sacrifices.
