The Bible - the only source of unpolluted and undiluted message.
However, for the receiver to truly grasp every drop of the Bible's essence, the receiver must come as an empty vessel.

Btw, depression is a sign you need God more than you need any other person.
Ask His help and He will help you overcome it. I am standing with you in prayer.

LORD, I pray that you will help my brethen who are struggling with depression. Come to their aid and rescue and reveal to them the truth of who You are as our Father and Lord and Savior. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
