Probably the reason why the Book of John is not as easy to understand because it was John who wrote it. (John was intimate with Jesus and ) Jesus' 'lingo' was imparted on him. Lalim ng mga words ei.

Who can ever understand Jesus? He is a mystery. In my opinion, eternity is not enough to truly know Him. That's why it is a privilege to personally know Him and an even greater privilege to work for His Kingdom. 

I used to wonder why in the world there are ministers and even pastors or priests who had let greed or immorality get the best of them. I wonder why they continue to serve God's people and think they just can get away of everything because of grace. I just wonder. I am not judging. God is the ONLY judge. Then, it occured to me that maybe they are not into repentance because they do not really belong to GOD. 

Acceptance of God's grace bring wayward children to true repentance. If grace is truly understood, it will leave a sinner's heart totally different from what it used to be.

As children of God, we are in constant battle. And to win every battle, we must only follow Jesus. However, God's discipline will be greater for those who already know what should they do than those who don't know what they are doing.

If you have the Spirit of God in you, you will hate sin more than hating your fellow man.
